ToolKit is run by a small team. There is no support ticket system and no chatbot - email reaches a person, and we aim to reply within two working days.

- A tool is wrong or broken. Tell us which tool, which browser, and what you expected - a wrong calculator result is the thing we fix first.
- A tool you wish existed. We keep a list and build from it.
- Privacy and your data. Questions about what the site stores, or a request under the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the CCPA. See the privacy policy for what we actually hold, which is very little.
- Advertising and partnerships. Including anything about an ad shown on the site.
- Corrections to an article. Point at the sentence and we will fix or remove it.
What we cannot help with
We never receive the files you process - every tool runs inside your browser and nothing is uploaded - so we cannot recover a file you converted or closed. Re-run the tool with the original file on your device.
