Using the tools

The tools on ToolKit are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You do not need an account, and there is no limit on how often you use them.

You keep all rights to the files and text you process. Because processing happens in your browser, we never receive your content and make no claim to it.

No warranty

The tools are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Results from the calculators are intended as a guide and are not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice. Check figures that matter before acting on them.

Keep a copy of any original file before converting or compressing it. We cannot recover a file that has been replaced or lost.

Acceptable use

Do not use these tools to process content you do not have the right to use, or in a way that breaks the law where you are.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but it may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Tools may be changed, added or withdrawn over time.
